Responsibilities

• Produce orders accurately to high-quality standards.
• Check stock and report shortages or quality issues.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched to meet delivery dates.
• Keep the supervisor updated on order progress and delays.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, especially with new systems.
• Assist in other areas of factory production as required.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies.
• Participate in scheduled stock takes and overtime when necessary.

Salary: £12.21 p.h

Hours: Full time

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 40hrs per week (Monday - Thurs 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm)

About the Role

As a Factory Operative, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and processing orders to the highest standards. You'll play a key part in ensuring all finished goods meet the company's strict quality guidelines and leave the factory on time. The role requires good attention to detail, a flexible approach to tasks, and the ability to work independently once trained.

Responsibilities
