Job summary

CSS Recruitment & Training is recruiting for a Production Operative for a client based in Braintree, Essex. This temp-to-perm role offers regular hours, weekly pay, and immediate starts.

Duties include unloading, hand-tool use, assembly, quality checks, and housekeeping, with compliance to health and safety procedures. Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

• Friday, 7:30am – 1:30pm

• 30 minutes unpaid break

As a Production Operative,your duties will include:

• Unloading goods from shipping containers

• Use of hand tools

• Assembly of products

• Ensuring quality checks are done

• Dripping and trimming down products

• Using the clients inhouse equipment to log production requirements

• Ensuring housekeeping of the area is kept clean and tidy

• Following all health & safety procedures
