Overview

Connect Appointments are recruiting individuals to become Production Operatives with our Bonnyrigg based production and manufacturing client.

What’s on offer

• Full-time temporary ongoing position
• Your choice of back shift OR night shift
• Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:30 to 22:30 @ £12.40 per hour
• Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:30 to 06:30 @ £16.12 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operating light production machinery
• Informing Supervisors of any faults or production issues
• Continually quality testing throughout the production process
• Adhering to all health and safety and other company policies
• Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material
• Working on a production line packing customers orders
• Building and wrapping pallets for transport
• Any other work deemed suitable

Qualifications

• To be successful in this Production Operative position, you will ideally have previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Combined with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions; work on your own and as part of a team.
