Job summary

Warburtons is recruiting a Production Operative at the Bolton Variety site. You will power our 24/7 bread manufacturing operation, handling production, hygiene, and quality tasks across multiple departments. The role offers a 6-month fixed term with a 4 on/4 off shift pattern including days and nights.

The Role

• Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern Working days and nights
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
• A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
• Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
• Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

About Us

Did you know there are two bakery sites in Bolton (Bolton & Variety), a distribution hub, a newly built Innovation Centre, Test Bakery, and our Head Office. We have approximately 480 colleagues working across Bolton and Variety manufacturing and distribution. We produce 1.5 million units per week, across 5 automated lines that bake our delicious fresh bread, crumpets, bagels, morning goods and muffins which is delivered daily to our customers across the UK.
