Overview

Production Operative – Beeston, Nottingham

Location: Beeston, Nottingham (NG9 1PF)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Shifts: Sunday–Wednesday | Wednesday–Saturday | One week 3 days, one week 4 days | 7am to 6pm or 11am to 10pm

Hours: 8–12 hour shifts

Job Type: Temp to Perm (potential permanent role after 12 weeks)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced food production team and gain valuable experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Safe and efficient operation of production machinery
  • Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
  • Conduct quality checks on products
  • Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
  • Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting machinery
