Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Job Title: Production Operator

Overview

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting our client based in Bedlington, who are looking to recruit two Production Operators to join their growing team. These are full-time, permanent positions offering stability, hands‑on training, and the chance to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Working Hours

Double Day Shift Rotation:

• Early Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 2:30pm | Friday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
• Late Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm | Friday: 2:00pm - 7:30pm

Salary and Benefits

• £24,454.04 and this will increase after successful 6 month probation to £25,879
• Additional Requirements:
  • All new starters will be required to complete a DBS security screening check
  • Drug & Alcohol testing will be conducted within the first week of employment
