Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Langport, Somerset (FREE BUS SERVICE FROM BRIDGWATER) or if from Taunton only accessible if you have transport.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 6pm (4 days a week)

Rates of Pay: £13.00 to £16 per hour

Reporting to: Production Manager

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our production team as Production Operatives. This is a key position within the factory, supporting the preparation, trimming, and packing of products in line with company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing, trimming, and packing products to meet production standards
  • Working efficiently to achieve daily targets
  • Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team under supervision

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a food production or factory environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
