This hands-on role involves manufacturing and packaging award-winning skincare products while ensuring the highest quality and consistency. We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Production Team here at Medik8!

The purpose of the Production Operative role is to support the manufacturing and packaging of our award-winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands‑on and varied role, involving tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, quality checking, and general production line support.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be hands‑on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a fast‑paced work day.

Please note, this role will be site‑based, Monday to Friday – 10pm - 6:30am.

For this opportunity, we are offering up to £27,000 per annum.

In more detail your role will include:
  • Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification.
  • Ensuring all processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification.
  • Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
  • Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required.
  • Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong English and Maths skills.
  • Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to meet deadlines.
