Are you looking for a hands‑on role in a dynamic and fast‑paced production environment? We are looking for a dedicated Feed Production Operative to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in manufacturing high‑quality animal feed products. What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities
  • Operate mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently
  • Manage raw material intake, weighbridge procedures, and quality control
  • Operate bagging and packing systems while maintaining accurate records
  • Oversee stock control of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
  • Ensure compliance with medicated feed procedures and company quality standards
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with maintenance as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, following hygiene and safety protocols
  • Serve customers and load vehicles, ensuring correct product and weight
Qualifications
  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or agricultural environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
