Job summary

Hrgo-Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative for Bridgwater in the Mixing Department. The role runs Monday to Thursday with 10-hour days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and a 4-day week, 40-hour total. DBS is required before the position is offered.

Training and PPE are provided on-site, with a strong emphasis on safety and data accuracy. Salary is £27,976 per annum, with 5.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays and a 6-month probation.

• Crucial attention to detail for weighing, measuring and recording data.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Good arithmetic skills for precise measurements.
• Physically able to handle heavy and awkward lifting.
• Able to work effectively within a team in a production/manufacturing setting.
