Popsodais looking for a detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to join a small team to help drive the global production process from design to delivery. The Production Merchandiser will manage product data, pricing, and orders while coordinating closely with design, technical, warehouse and sales teams, as well as international suppliers.
This is a full-time office-based role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and update styles, pricing, commodity codes and barcodes in our PLM system
- Raise and track Purchase Orders, place fabric and greige bookings as needed
- Manage Critical Path updates, maintain and monitor the critical path to ensure key dates are met
- Liaise with factories and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Oversee samples, deliveries, and shipment documentation
- Manage reorders (collate and compare supplier costings ), costings, and compliance requirements (e.g., packaging, labelling)
- Approve supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Source and onboard new factories meeting brand standards
- Liaise with Freight Forwarders to ensure timely nominations and booking arrangements, tracking deliveries
About You :
- A minimum of 2 years' fashion or apparel production merchandising experience
- Strong knowledge of costing, supply chain, and supplier management
- Proficient in BrightPearl (or similar PLM) and Excel
- Highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with an eye for detail
