What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in production or operations management

• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and systems

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK or to receive an employment visa
