Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and ISO 13485 in practice.
• Able to translate data and KPIs into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace and direction of production to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate production plans around demand, capacity and materials.
• Lead continuous improvement, waste reduction and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and Quality to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP and internal procedures.
• Develop training and development plans for the production team.
