The Production Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day fabrication and manufacturing operation, overseeing supervisors, fabricators and production operatives to ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specification. This includes planning and coordinating production activity, allocating resources effectively and maintaining control of workflow across multiple projects and priorities.
Working closely with engineering and operations colleagues, the Production Manager will play a central role in embedding robust production processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and operational data, and driving continuous improvement across quality, productivity and delivery.
