Job summary

South-West England-based food business is seeking a Shift Production Manager level candidate in the UK food manufacturing industry. You will deliver operational improvements, lead teams, and promote from within while investing in people and premises.

You will be trusted to implement best practice and drive continuous development. Working Sunday to Thursday night shift 10PM - 6AM, with a focus on team development and collaboration across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Shift Production Manager in UK food manufacturing.
• Ability to deliver operational improvements and drive continuous development.
• Proven track record of leading and developing production teams.

Responsibilities
