Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food packing facility, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and supervising staff. The Production Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency, manage inventory, and implement process improvements to meet production targets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
