  • Monitor and drive performance KPIs, including energy usage and efficiency targets.
  • Work with the Engineering Team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Manage inventory and stock control to reduce working capital and waste.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Conduct audits, manage corrective actions, and ensure HSEQ compliance.
  • Support CAPEX planning and site improvement projects.

About The Company

Our client is a national food manufacturer with eight specialist sites across the UK, who is looking to add a Production Manager to their team. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, in this hands‑on role, to ensure that our people, production processes, and plant operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Production Manager - The Details
  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Production Manager - Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production to meet specification, quality, and output targets
