Production Manager – County Armagh

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, leading food manufacturer supplying a wide range of premium-quality products to the retail and foodservice sectors throughout Ireland and the UK.

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring all schedules are delivered on time, product quality is maintained, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.

The role:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, food safety, and operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and workflow.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a production management, supervisory, or similar manufacturing leadership role.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams.
