  • Monitor, analyse, and report on production performance, preparing daily production figures for meetings, compiling month‑end management and financial reports, and maintaining accurate records of downtime for analysis.
  • Identify and resolve production and process issues, reporting concerns to the Operations Manager, leading continuous improvement projects, and implementing process and efficiency improvements across the production floor.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the Production team, including recruitment in partnership with HR, conducting regular supervisor meetings, managing disciplinary processes, maintaining balanced skill levels across shifts, and identifying and delivering training requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational standards, including adherence to all procedures, completion of daily checks, implementation and review of production procedures, and clear communication of expectations to all employees.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment, ensuring correct storage of tools and equipment, minimising material scrap through training and process improvements, and embedding 5S methodology throughout the production area.
