Overview

PRODUCTION MANAGER. This role involves overseeing operations within a production environment, with a focus on team management, performance monitoring, and meeting key objectives. You will ensure plans are followed, issues are addressed proactively, and relevant standards are upheld across various functions such as health & safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support and promote company procedures and ensure team adherence.
  • Monitor team performance and operational metrics, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Encourage ongoing improvements in work practices and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Oversee day-to-day workforce coordination, including staffing, training, and shift planning.
  • Lead regular team meetings, share updates, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment, development, and performance management of team members.
  • Foster a positive and proactive team culture.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and address equipment or process-related concerns.

Salary: £39k - £44k (Experience dependant)

Hours: 6am-4pm Mon - Thurs (40 hours)
