Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Production Manager in the United Kingdom to lead blown film extrusion operations. This hands-on role focuses on driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement across the production team.

You will coach shift teams, monitor KPIs, review SOPs and work with Engineering to maximise machine performance while ensuring safety and environmental standards. The position requires 5+ years in production management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and a proven track

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience driving KPI dashboards and performance reviews.
• Lean, 5S, Six Sigma or similar CI knowledge.
• Experience training, developing and coaching production teams.
• Experience in blown film extrusion is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders and Operators across shift.
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and update SOPs, training plans and operator competency standards.
• Work closely with Engineering and OEMs to maximise machine performance and reliability.
• Support raw material planning and ordering, including polymers and blends.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and environmental standards across production.
