Job description

• Planning and scheduling: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Budget management: Develop and manage production budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
• Staff supervision: Lead, train, and supervise production teams, including staff performance reviews.
• Quality control: Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet expectations.
• Resource management: Oversee the procurement of raw materials and the maintenance of equipment.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Process improvement: Continuously look for ways to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on production activities, performance, and issues to senior management.
