Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited are working with a well‑established furniture and joinery company in Evesham to recruit a Production Manager. You will lead shop floor production, drive efficiency, and ensure products meet high standards while progressing towards a director‑level role.

You will manage four foremen, oversee quality assurance, health and safety, and monitor KPIs. Working Monday to Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm, with company benefits and a clear progression path to senior leadership.

• Experience in furniture and joinery manufacturing.
• Ability to lead multiple foremen and production teams.
• Strong understanding of shop floor production and KPIs.

Production Manager – £45,000‑£50,000, progression to Director, Monday‑Thursday, Company Benefits – Evesham

We are an established furniture and joinery company specialising in high‑quality bespoke projects. With continued growth, we are looking for a Production Manager to lead shop floor production and progress towards a director‑level role.

The Role

• Oversee shop floor production within a furniture/joinery environment, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard.
• Manage 4 Foremen responsible for different production teams, supporting workflow, performance, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Take responsibility for quality assurance, health and safety, production standards, and ensure KPIs are monitored and kept up to date.

Monday‑Thursday, 6:30am‑5:00pm

The Person

• Production Manager, Workshop Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar.
• Background in furniture, joinery, or a related manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of shop floor production and team management.
• Commutable to Evesham.
