Production Manager

Location: Poole

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Industry: Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical

An opportunity has opened for a Production Manager to join an engineering company based in Poole. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Manufacturing, Factory or Production Manager in the past and will be comfortable supervising and leading a team of operators.

The company offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a generous pension contribution and early finish Fridays.

Production Manager Key Skills:

• Experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment in a managerial position
• Excellent team management skills
• Ideally a Mechanical biased background – machinery, CNC machines, laser operated machines etc
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Strong hands on knowledge – repairs, troubleshooting would be a bonus
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Six Sigma would be a bonus but not essential
