Mon-Thu: 8:30am-5:00pm | Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations at our client’s Poole site. You’ll play a key role in improving performance, introducing lean processes, and guiding a skilled team through an exciting phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and support the production team to meet output, quality, and delivery goals
  • Plan and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
  • Drive improvements using lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methods
  • Monitor production metrics (OEE, yield, efficiency, downtime)
  • Support new product launches and collaborate with engineering and supply chain
  • Maintain high safety, quality, and compliance standards (ISO9001)
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Recommend automation and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role
  • Background in electronics, electro‑mechanical, or precision assembly
  • Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
  • Hands‑on experience with lean or Six Sigma (green/black belt ideal)
  • Confident using ERP/MRP systems
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar standards
  • HNC/HND or degree in engineering or manufacturing (preferred)
