Job description
About you

You are a production-minded leader with a strong operational focus. You build structure where it is needed, streamline processes, and create systems that make a business run smoothly. You improve efficiency, reduce friction, and help teams perform at their best.

You bring a fresh perspective. You see the bigger picture, spot what can be improved, and implement it confidently. You balance support with accountability and take pride in getting things done properly.

Your experience
  • You have a background in production, operations, or manufacturing where organisation, planning, and process are central. You have managed teams, overseen schedules, and improved systems to make production more reliable and efficient.
  • Experience in the current industry is not required. What matters most is your ability to apply a structured, process-driven approach to a busy, creative environment.
  • You lead production with a commercial eye, improving lead times, controlling costs, streamlining workflow, and freeing up people to focus on quality and delivery. You are organised, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of both day-to-day output and long-term operational improvement.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
  • You will lead production scheduling, workflow, and process improvement across the business. Your focus will be on creating clarity, consistency, and control.
  • You will manage the full production schedule, ensuring jobs flow smoothly from order through to completion. You will introduce and refine systems to improve communication, tracking, and accountability.
  • You will streamline processes to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and improve delivery performance.
  • You will lead and support the production team, set standards, and create an organised environment.
  • You will work closely with directors on planning, forecasting, and implementing improvements to support business growth.
  • Your work will transform production from reactive to proactive, setting up the business for long-term success.
About the company

You will join a growing manufacturing business with ambition and momentum. The company has the people, clients, and capability. What they need now is structure and consistency to support the next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to shape production processes, influence culture, and help a creative business operate with the discipline and clarity of a top-tier manufacturer.
