Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking a hands-on Production and Quality Team Leader to coordinate daily manufacturing activities, uphold quality standards and drive improvements on the shop floor.

You will lead a small team, monitor production metrics, plan and solve problems, and collaborate with maintenance, logistics and quality teams to ensure targets are met and processes stay efficient.
