We are seeking a Production Manager with a strong background in sheet metal manufacturing and experience with Amada machinery. This role is crucial for overseeingmanufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety while meeting budget and time constraints.

Day-to-day of the role

• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Plan production schedules, manage resources and budgets, and supervise staff to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and manage raw materials effectively.
• Report on production performance to upper management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
