Bristol (Commutable from: Avon, Somerset, Bath, Keynsham, Gloucester, Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon, Radstock, Chepstow, Newport and surrounding)

The company is a leading manufacturer of Automation supplying to a range of Industrial sites throughout the UK. This role is due to existing growth plans.

This is a Monday‑Friday flexi working supporting the production team. You will be putting your own stamp on a specialist team whilst driving efficiencies and ensuring KPIs are hit accordingly. You will also support the continuous modernisation and improvements of a well‑invested manufacturing facility.

This role suits a Production Supervisor or Manager from an Electrical, Automation or Control systems background looking for a secure role offering further training and progression opportunities.

The Role

• Leading, managing and developing your own team.
• Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst continually improving the production line.
• Monday - Friday days (8am - 4pm).

The Person

• Supervisor, Manufacturing background.

• Commutable to Bristol.
