Production Manager - up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Ref 1976

I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager to work for a key client of mine based in Bedfordshire. Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for over 30 years and employ a significant number of people across the country. They have a phenomenal track record within their industry with nearly all of their work coming from referrals and recommendations.

To support the business with their growth plans and to be able to cope with the shear amount of work they have currently and pipelined, they have the need to appoint a Production Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the output from the factory ensuring all KPI's are met or exceeded, with a specific focus on output. You will be required to collate and complete all the necessary paperwork to support all the necessary standards and compliance documents. You will be managing and leading a team of shop floor operatives, so motivating them to ensure you get the best out of them will form a large part of the role. This is a days role Monday-Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.

Essential requirements :

  • Previous experience as a Production Manager, Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar
