Production Management Engineering Intern, Interior Surface Centre - 12 Month Internship (July 2026)

Entity, Location - Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.

As part of the Interior Surface Centre, you will be contributing to the manufacturing of Rolls-Royce's beautifully crafted decorative interior surface components. As part of your role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production and execution of product vision through various improvement projects.

  • Supplier liaising and management.
  • Procurement and maintaining budget.
  • Data analysis and visualisation.
  • Research into digitalization and future technologies.

What should you bring along?

  • Studying a Bachelor's or integrated Master's degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course.
  • You need to be able to work independently within our team and have the ability to organise yourself as well as be able to work in the team environment.
  • You will be required to work from your own initiative taking projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
