Job summary

Neogen Heywood is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily and weekly production activities, coordinating labour, materials and equipment to meet schedules. You will mentor Team Leaders, foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality systems.

The role emphasizes problem solving, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making to improve performance and deliver safe, compliant manufacturing operations in the Heywood site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and weekly production activity to meet schedules.
• Promote safety culture with visible leadership and 6S practices.
• Manage performance routines and escalate risks as needed.
• Coach Team Leaders and develop staff capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions and QMS.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
