A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Lead / Production Manager to oversee production operations at their facility located on the Kent/Essex border. The role includes leadership, CNC machine setup, and utilizing CAD/CAM in aerospace manufacturing. This position offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, a 4-day work week, plus 16 days of holiday and 8 bank holidays.

Overview

Production Lead / Production Manager — Location: Kent / Essex Border. Salary: up to £37,500 / £40,000 (depending on experience). Additional information includes a 4 day week and standard working arrangements as described below.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production operations on the shop floor.
• Utilise CAD CAM and in-house drawings; work within Aerospace contexts.
• Set and run CNC machines as required.
• Provide supervision/leadership and be willing to teach and oversee the running of the client\'s shop floor.
