Job summary

Itch Media Limited is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the delivery of key productions from start to finish, spanning pre-production, on-set (including occasional international work) and post-production, ensuring the client brief, ITCH’s high creative standards, and KPIs while maintaining commercial control over budgets, margins and schedules.

As the senior client contact, you will nurture relationships, coordinate with the Creative & Strategy and Client Services teams, and mentor Junior

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in producing video and photographic content.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard.
• Solid understanding of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale projects, including booking crew, travel, RAMs, call sheets, insurance, permits, and locations.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with talent, suppliers, and clients.
• Lead shoots, ensuring they run on time and the crew has clear direction.
• Provide regular status updates to the Senior Producer and other team members.
• Track budgets, flag overages or efficiencies, and help target agreed profit margins.
• Support pitches and creative proposals, including sourcing talent and influencers.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Be present on shoots to ensure creative vision is achieved and carried through to post-production.
• Negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights for talent and freelancers.
