A leading social media publisher in London is seeking a Production Lead – Originals to manage and facilitate the production team for original content. This role requires an experienced leader to oversee various video projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate has a background in production management, excels at budget oversight, and is comfortable managing multiple projects while leading a team. The position offers hybrid work arrangements, requiring three days in the office per week.

The Production Lead – Originals reports into the Head of Originals and works closely with the Lead Editor to manage and facilitate the production arm of the Originals team – who produce flagship formats such as Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree & Minutes With! This is maternity cover for 12 months.
We are looking for an experienced leader and communicator, a resourceful, creative and solutions-focused individual who will plan and manage commercial, original, marketing and social video projects across LADbible Group’s portfolio of brands and channels. Being able to multitask, hit tight deadlines, work and execute all levels/tiers of production are fundamental skills for this role.
