A leading water utility company in England is seeking a Production Lead to oversee water production operations at their Rickmansworth site. This role involves managing front line teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety and water quality standards. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, strong technical expertise, and a UK driving licence. The Role:
The Production Lead provides leadership and technical expertise across Water Production operations and actively manages and develops the team in their area. The Production Lead has ownership of their area, working with the front line teams (process/mechanical and electrical), whilst providing problem solving through their expertise and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Accountable to identify and deliver outcomes for Maintenance, Water Quality, H&S, Compliance and drive a positive culture within the team to deliver performance commitments and key performance indicators.
What you\'ll be doing:
This role will also require you to be a member of Duty Production Lead standby rota. Provide ‘Bronze’ level support during incidents and emergencies.
