Job description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production / Labouring Operative to assist our client in Hailsham. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assisting in the creation of concrete products using moulds. Ideal for someone with a hands‑on approach and a strong work ethic.

You will also be required to:

• Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production.
• Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications.
• Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels.
• Carry out general labouring duties around the production site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

For this position you will need:
