Endeavour Recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced Production IT Support Engineer based in Wembley, Middlesex with our Global Manufacturing client. Experience of ITIL Methodology advantageous. The salary for the role is £20k to £25k according to experience, plus 12% shift allowance.

The client is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to ensure availability and the efficiency of systems for Production use.

In this role you will be expected to: -

• Ensure Production have all files required to meet SLAs
• Ensure availability and efficient running of systems for Production use

• Update & maintain process and workflow diagrams and documents
• Actively manage incidents and record resolutions
