Job summary

Rochdale based employer is seeking a Production Engineer to join the skilled engineering team on a permanent basis. The role is well suited to someone with strong CNC machining skills and experience in offline programming, with SolidCAM being advantageous.

Flexible working hours and a 39-hour week are offered, along with 35 days holiday and regular overtime. The successful candidate will work on complex projects using high-end engineering machinery and be able to commute from nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering or machining-focused discipline.
• Experience in CNC machining and offline programming.
• Ability to create CNC programs from scratch using CAD/CAM software; SolidCAM advantageous.
