Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication/ Mechanical) – Burton on Trent

Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30am-4:00pm) with an Early Finish on Fridays (7:30am-2:00pm). Flexible start and finish times available. Benefits include holiday, pension and other advantages.

This well-established company specialises in fabrication of metal products for industries such as construction, rail, manufacturing and more. The client prides itself on high quality and consistency and has recently secured contracts with blue‑chip companies.

The day-to-day role will focus on continuously improving manufacturing processes across a new site to maximise efficiency and reduce cost, while ensuring high quality standards throughout the company.

The ideal candidate will have proven project experience, process implementation knowledge and a mechanical manufacturing background (e.g., aluminium, steel or fabrication). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a technically challenging environment with clear career progression.
