As Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the integration of new products into production, ensuring tooling, fixtures, and layouts are optimised
  • Reducing variability in manufacturing through standardised work methods
  • Identifying and executing Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency
  • Training production staff to maintain compliance and quality standards
  • Conducting PFMEA and post-build reviews during NPI phases
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
As Production Engineer, your experience will include:
  • Previous experience as a Production Engineer or in a senior production role within an assembly environment
  • A HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing and quality methodologies such as Six Sigma
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor)
