Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication/ Mechanical) – Burton on Trent

£40,000 - £55,000 + Monday to Friday (7:30am-4pm) + Early Finish on a Friday (7:30am-2pm) + Flexible Start and Finish Time Available + Training + Holiday + Pension + Benefits

Excellent opportunity for someone looking for a technically challenging, varied and interesting role with a fast-growing company. On offer is the chance an ambitious manufacturer and where you will play a key role to establishing a new site and procedures to aide with their UK growth plans. This well-established company are currently going through a period of substantial growth specialising in the production of fabricated metal products to industries such as Construction, Rail, Manufacturing and many more. The client prides themselves on producing a high quality and consistent product recently gaining contracts with a number of blue chip companies.

The day to day responsibility for this role will be to continuously improve all manufacturing processes across a new site with an overall goal to maximise efficiency and reduce cost throughout. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that plays a key role in assuring the quality standards throughout the company are at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will have proven project experience, process implementation knowledge and have a mechanical manufacturing background (e.g. aluminium, steel or fabrication). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a technically challenging environment with a company offering career progression.
