An urgent Production Engineering & Test Manager role in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, offers a 9-day working fortnight, hybrid working, and flexitime. You will lead the engineering strategy, drive continuous improvement, and manage safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.

You will bring a strong Lean/Six Sigma background and experience in high-reliability microelectronics design and manufacturing, with relocation support up to £8,000.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement activities / Lean / Six Sigma background.
• Leading Engineering & Test teams to deliver against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs.
• Experience in high-reliability microelectronics product design and manufacturing.

• Provide disciplined performance management and measurable continuous improvement.
