Production & Dispatch Operative – Temporary Role

Location: Horsham Type: Full-time, Temporary Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm then after 12 weeks you will transfer on to 4 on 4 of shift 6am - 6pm

About the Role: You will work cross-functionally within the warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as assisting with production, labelling, and packaging. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order processing, picking, and packing
• Booking parcels onto carrier dispatch systems
• Goods in/out, vehicle loading and unloading
• Stock movement, rotation, and re-labelling
• Manual handling and general housekeeping
• Producing batches of product for filling to specification
• Operating filling, labelling, and packing machinery
• Completing batch sheets in accordance with procedures

Skills & Experience:

• Previous warehouse/dispatch experience
• Picking/packing experience
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Experience working with couriers (desirable)
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
