Your day to day

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Production Department Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities and resources associated with the manufacture of high-quality products.

You will ensure production targets for output, quality, and efficiency are achieved while maintaining compliance with all relevant food safety and BRC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering on KPIs across production, quality, waste, yield, and on-time delivery.
  • Leading daily production meetings, driving performance and accountability.
