SERVPRO of The East End and Hamptons is hiring a Production Crew Chief.

SERVPRO of The East End and Hamptons offers:

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s commitment to helping customers and clients. This role involves coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to ensure successful service delivery and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control
• Manage customer and client experience to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
• Manage labor and equipment assigned to projects
• Communicate with project managers and office staff regarding project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage assets by properly protecting and using equipment and materials
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Willing to work overtime
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
• Ability to complete tasks successfully
