Job description

The production coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality assurance on all of Rise Media’s Services and products. This entails a range of oversight and work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production related tasks for maximum performance of projects and services. The production coordinator reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge on all of Rise Media's products and services when dealing with customers.
  • Timely and well written response for orders placed via e-mail and over the phone, while communicating with appropriate service departments.
  • Follow up and coordinate resolutions of booking requests and/or production related queries with the sales department.
  • Track customer correspondence and refer to staff guidelines for non-routine items slash requests.
  • Must be in constant communication with the clientele regarding experiences with appointments, feedback on assets and personalized follow up.
  • Responsible for assigned clientele and developing relationships with the clientele.
  • Verification of pricing for all assets obtained by clients starting with receiving assets and ending with invoicing.
  • Communicate with the editorial staff to ensure assets are delivered to clients on time.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent English oral and written communication an interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work proactively and efficiently.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal staff and external customers.
  • Proficiency with the G-Suite and Customer service software.
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • A strong willingness to learn and take instruction.
  • Familiar with the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiar with Internet applications and technology.
