An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Coordinator to join our client based in Ipswich (East) area. The role will involve supporting planning, materials management, and ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to develop new skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily planning and coordination of work production and installation schedules
  • Help schedule jobs working to production deadlines
  • Order and track materials, communicating with suppliers
  • Take incoming calls and record customer job details
  • Work closely with the director to support planning, and interval teams to keep projects on track
  • Assist with basic H&S tasks (training provided)
  • Contribute ideas to help improve systems and day to day processes
Experience & Skills
  • Experience in production, assembly or warehouse environment
  • Basic understand of manufacturing process
  • Confident working with shop floor teams and comfortable speaking with suppliers or customers
  • Confident with basic IT systems

Competitive salary c£28K (Monday to Friday)
