This is an exciting new role within the Comms and Marketing team to support the Foundation's media team. We have just launched our own state‑of‑the‑art video and podcast studio at our headquarters in Cambridge and are looking for an exceptional Production Coordinator to be the organisational backbone of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the day‑to‑day logistics and project management of the Media Studio. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment, has strong organisational skills and excels in collaborating to deliver their best work. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail orientated and capable of managing multiple projects and business processes, all whilst communicating seamlessly with key internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Executive Producer who sets the team's strategic and editorial vision and signs off all commissions and deliveries, as well as the team's videographers, supporting their content creation through managing the Media Studio's booking and scheduling, ensuring projects run smoothly from pre‑production to delivery. We work hard to make sure that the Foundation is a place where everyone is supported to do the best work of their careers. We have a flexible and collaborative approach to all aspects of our work. If you're the right person for the job, we'll make it work for you, and you can be confident that you'll be joining an exceptional team of people who care about our mission and each other.
