Commutable from Bristol, Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea, Yatton, Weston‑super‑Mare and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Production Controller, Supervisor, Engineer or similar working within a manufacturing environment looking to take the next step upwards in your career into becoming a manager, gaining recognition as a technical expert and showcasing your skills, leading a team of 15 engineers whilst also contributing to the growth of the team, moulding the department as your own?
